Mix the cassava flour, tapioca starch, salt and yeast in a large bowl. Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until a soft, pliable dough forms. [PLACEHOLDER STEP]
Divide into two balls, cover with a damp cloth and rest for 30 minutes at room temperature. [PLACEHOLDER STEP]
Press each ball onto a sheet of baking paper into a thin round, about 28 cm across. [PLACEHOLDER STEP]
